The Salon Collective LLC

• Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in shortened services or rescheduling. 
• Cancellations require at least 24-hour notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a fee up to the full amount of the scheduled service, solely at the stylists' discretion.
• We reserve the right to charge your payment method on file in the event of a late cancellation or no-show to your scheduled appointment.  
• Payment is due at the time of service. Prices may change without notice. 
• All services are non-refundable. If you are unhappy with your service, let us know within 3 days and we’ll do our best to make it right. 
• We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items. 
• Please let us know about any allergies or sensitivities before your service. 
• Children are welcome if they are receiving a service or if they're accompanying new or nursing mothers. We cannot ensure a hazardless environment for young or unattended children. 
• We accept cash and if equipped, we can accept digital and debit/credit cards; a convenience fee may be applied for such payments. 
• The salon, owners, operators, subcontractors, all subsidiaries, and independent contractors are not responsible for damages or injuries on the premises or resulting from your service.
